# Day 0: Biggest Loser Diet

I have kind of fallen off the weight loss wagon, but I am back on it. Tomorrow I am starting a very strict diet following the guidelines illustrated in the The Biggest Loser: 6 Weeks to a Healthier You: Lose Weight and Get Healthy For Life! book. So I will be posted what I have eaten daily in hopes I can help someone else in their weight loss. I will also begin posting my grocery lists and such.
