# Grandpa Logar's Stuffed Cabbage Recipe

Ingredients
3 medium to large cabbages
1 3/4 lbs. Ground Pork
1 lb. Ground Chuck
3 lbs. Smoked Sausage (Cut into 2 inch pieces)
4 link of Slovenian Sausage (Cute into 2 inch pieces)
1 Stick Pepperoni (Cut 1/2 in. Thick)
1 Large Onion Diced
1 Large Egg
3/4 Cup Raw Rice
2 Tbsp. Butter
3 Dashes Worcestershire Sauce
2 Bags Sour Kraut
1 46 oz. Can Tomato Juice
Sour Cream (optional)


Directions
Saute onion in butter then set aside
Boil 1-2 cups water add rice and cover (Stir Occasionally)
Core 1 Cabbage and put in 9x13 pyrex dish.
Add 1/2 in. water in pyrex dish, cover with plastic wrap and cook for 6-8 minutes until leafs are tender, take spines off leafs. Repeat with next cabbage. (you can do this in the microwave instead of the stove)
Mix all ingredients (including rice)-- except pepperoni, smoked sausage,sour kraut, tomato juice and Slovenian sausage.
Rinse sour kraut
place extra cabbage leafs in bottom of pyrex dish
Roll cabbages, place in pyrex dish.
Pour sour kraut on top of rolls, place the smoked sausage, pepperoni, and Slovenian sausage on top. Pour tomato juice over all.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. For 2 hours.
Serve with sour cream.
